A court in Rabat, Morocco's capital, is currently examining the case of 34 individuals charged with motor insurance fraud. The defendants are accused of falsifying medical certificates to fabricate road accident claims and defraud insurance companies.
The investigation, launched two months ago, uncovered a coordinated scheme involving medical personnel, intermediaries, and insurance brokers.
The initial hearing, originally scheduled for 31 July 2025, was postponed to 14 August at the request of the defense.
