HDI Sigorta to sell its takaful subsidiary

HDI Sigorta has signed an agreement to sell its takaful insurance subsidiary, HDI Katilim Sigorta, to the Turkish conglomerate Aydin Group.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Through this divestment, HDI Sigorta aims to strengthen its focus on its core business activities and strategic priorities.

The transaction remains subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities.
