Gallagher Re appoints Minesh Jani as new CEO for India

Minesh Jani has joined British reinsurance broker Gallagher Re as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for India.

Mr. Jani began his professional career in 1996 and, over nearly three decades in the insurance industry, has held a range of leadership positions with leading insurers and brokerage firms in India, including ICICI Lombard and Willis Towers Watson (WTW).

In 2023, he joined Howden Insurance Brokers as Managing Director of its UAE operations, based at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
