Yahia Chraïbi, new acting CEO of Allianz Morocco

Yahia Chraïbi has been appointed acting CEO of Allianz Morocco. The appointment took effect on 7 April 2026.

Y. Chraïbi will continue to serve as CEO of Sanlam Morocco, a position he has held since 2021.

This decision comes a few weeks after the relevant authorities approved the merger of Sanlam and Allianz in Morocco.

The aim of this appointment is thus to ensure unified leadership within the two companies.
