- Reviews offers prepares, the Standard Risk Review and Treaty Statistics Sheets in adherence of underwriting guidelines and reinsurance protections.
- As per assigned authority level, reviews Offer Summaries; makes quotation or counter proposals if necessary prior to sign as 1st level acceptance.
- Reviews contracts to ensure they are consistent and accurately reflect binding agreement and terms negotiated.
- Ensures accuracy of final Offer Slip and Wording documents and provides 1st signature on Final Slip.
- Reviews Data entries to ensure accuracy.
- Reviews aggregate exposure entries for accuracy and approved limits.
- Be the front line contact for clients.
- Reviews pre-renewal accumulation
- Maintains and updates all relevant information on insurance laws, regulations and cedents’/ clients’, and on major and key contact personnel of customer companies within Marketing Unit/region.
- Assist the Underwriter in managing the portfolio and producing business reports.
- Market specialty lines of business to brokers and cedants
- Interact with Actuarial & Risk department for aggregate monitoring and pricing.
