Prudential has signed an agreement with Zenith Bank to acquire a 49% stake in the Prudential Zenith Life Insurance joint venture.
This transaction brings Prudential's stake in the joint venture to 100% of the capital.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
As a reminder, the British group acquired, in 2017, a 51% stake in the capital of Zenith Life Insurance, which will now operate under the name Prudential Zenith Life Insurance.
