Partnership between Orange and the Ivorian group NSIA

Orange SA has partnered with the Ivorian group Nouvelle Société Interafricaine d'Assurance (NSIA). This alliance enables the French group to diversify its financial offer and banking operations in West Africa by offering retail banking, microcredit and insurance services.

The agreement provides for the creation of a joint venture that will be owned at 75% by Orange SA and at 25% by NSIA.

Banking services will initially be offered in Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal, to later be expanded to other West African countries.
