New law regulating the activity of insurance experts in China

The China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) has introduced a new regulation governing the activity of insurance experts.

The new text, which will come into force on May 1, 2018, aims at optimizing the control and risk assessment system.

Insurance experts offer consulting and expertise services. They intervene in the evaluation of the damages.
