Miller acquires Shields Reinsurance Brokers

British insurance broker Miller has acquired Shields Reinsurance Brokers, a Dubai-based reinsurance brokerage in the United Arab Emirates.

The acquisition was completed on 31 July 2026, following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals.

The operations of Miller and Shields will be integrated under a single brand, "Shields Miller."
