Filhet-Allard Maritime acquires a majority stake in Latitude Brokers

French broker Filhet-Allard Maritime has acquired a majority stake in Latitude Brokers, a marine insurance brokerage company based in Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore). The transaction was approved by the relevant supervisory authorities.

This acquisition is part of Filhet-Allard Maritime's international expansion strategy. The company already operates in Switzerland, Côte d'Ivoire and Turkey.

The Asian broker will retain the name of Latitude Brokers.
