Eric Malterre, Chief Underwriting Officer, Africa Specialty Risks

Eric Malterre has been appointed Chief Underwriting Officer of Africa Specialty Risks (ASR), a newly created position. Based in London, he will report to Mikir Shah, CEO of ASR.

E. Malterre is a graduate of the University of Chicago (USA), HEC Paris and the Saint-Cyr military academy (France). He has over 25 years' experience in the insurance industry in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa.

E. Malterre has held senior positions with Marsh, Coface, AXA and Sedgwick.
