Enhancement of insurers’ image

According to a survey conducted by Aviva, 55% of respondents believe that insurance companies try very often to reject claims for compensation.

Aviva has refuted this idea, providing supporting evidence: in 2017, the British insurer handled 962 000 claim files and accepted 96% of the compensation claims.

According to Aviva, insurers need to show greater transparency so as to enhance the image of the insurance profession.
