A new company named Ein Takaful Insurance Company (ETIC) has been set up. Its board of directors is chaired by Isam Tawari. The company's capital is shared by Ayaan Leasing and Investment Company at 40%, Mashaer Company at 25%, Kuwait Insurance Company at 10% and Imad Al Bahar at 25%.
