Brioche bread reimbursed by Social Security

By decree of July 9, 2018 published in the official journal, G-Nutrition bread brioche is now part of the list of products refundable by social security starting from early July.

This protein-rich bread is intended for frail people and is refundable until 2023. It has a high content of vitamins, proteins, calcium and selenium. It is primarily intended for the elderly and those with serious pathologies such as cancer or HIV.

The G-Nutrition brioche bread formula required a ten-year research period as well as the participation of several organizations such as the Cérélab laboratory, the University Hospital of Dijon (CHU), the National institute for agricultural research (INRA).
