B.P. Marsh and Partners, a UK-based firm specializing in investments in early-stage financial services businesses, has acquired a 49% shareholding in Amiga Specialty Holdings, a newly established Managing General Agent (MGA).
Headquartered in London, the start-up was founded and is led by insurance industry professional Adam Kembrooke.
Amiga aims to build an international specialty underwriting agency with a diversified portfolio across key global markets.
