Both astronauts of Shenzhou VI are insured for more than 1.2 million USD

The two astronauts on board the space vessel Shenzhou VI launched by China on October 12, 2005 have been covered by a life insurance policy, whose premium may have amounted to more than 10 million CNY (1.2 million USD).
