Axa finalizes the cession of Bluefin

Axa has completed the sale formalities of Bluefin, a British insurance brokerage company which is wholly owned by the French group.

Announced in mid-November 2016, this cession to the American brokerage firm Marsh is part of a global strategy for repositioning Axa's operations in the United Kingdom.
