Axa cedes its life activities in Hong Kong

On December 22, 2017, Axa sold Axa Wealth Management, a Hong Kong-based life insurance company, to Jeneration Holdings Investment Group.

The transaction, amounting to 237 million EUR (281.3 million USD), is expected to be finalized in late 2018 and beginning of 2019.
