AM Best confirms Labuan Re's rating

AM Best has confirmed Labuan Re's (Malaysia) financial strength rating of “A-” (Excellent) and long-term credit rating of “a-” (Excellent). The outlook remains stable.

The rating recognizes the company's strong balance sheet, adequate operating performance, neutral business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management.

According to AM Best, Labuan Re boasts a diversified portfolio thanks to its membership of Lloyd's of London syndicates.
