JIF’s president announces the reactivation of agricultural insurance

During a forum held by the Union Générale des Assurances Arabes (UGAA), (the General Union of Arab Insurances), Abdul Salam Tarawnah, President of the Jordanian Insurance Federation (JIF) has announced that the Arab insurance companies are willing to revive the agricultural insurance sector in the countries of the region. Currently neglected, the sector is faced with natural catastrophes risks, climate changing and currency fluctuations.
