Following approval from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) issued on 18 September 2026, AXA Assurance Morocco will carry out a capital increase reserved for the group’s employees.
The offering is open to employees of AXA’s subsidiaries in Morocco, including AXA Assurance Morocco, Carré Assurance Morocco, AXA Assistance Maroc Services, and AXA GBS Morocco.
The reference price for the subscription will be set on 30 October.
