Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) is strengthening its partnership with Africa Specialty Risks (ASR), a group specializing in insurance and reinsurance across Africa and emerging markets.
As part of the expanded relationship, the Qatari insurer is investing in ASR, building on its existing role as a provider of reinsurance capacity to the group.
The investment forms part of QIC’s international growth strategy and is aimed at further expanding the insurer’s presence and activities across African markets.
