The High Court rejects the motions presented by insurers

The Supreme Court has ruled in favour of the Insurance Commission rejecting the motions submitted by the sector's companies. The dispute pertained to the legitimacy of a conflict resolution committee between insurers and plaintiffs as regards motor accidents and the financial methods of the victims' compensation fund established on the basis of 1% from the insurance premium amount.
