The first takaful insurance policies sold in France

The first life insurance policies in conformity with Islamic precepts appeared on the French market. Last fall, Swiss Life presented its takaful Police called Salam. Luxembourg company Vitis Life, endowed with Qatari capital, is the second one to embark on this niche with its product Amane Exclusive Life, a rather elitist item as it requires a minimum contribution amounting to 250 000 EUR (344 197 USD) .
