360 ONE Asset to acquire 15% of Bharti AXA Life Insurance

Indian asset management company 360 ONE Asset has acquired a 15% stake in Bharti AXA Life Insurance. This shareholding has been acquired from the Bharti commercial group, which is the sole owner of the Indian life insurance company.

The deal is subject to approval by the relevant authorities. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Bharti AXA Life Insurance was founded in 2006 as a joint venture between Bharti and France's AXA. In 2023, AXA sold its 49% stake in the joint venture to its Indian partner.
