The Société Nationale d’Assurance (SAA) has increased its share capital from 35 billion DZD (261.6 million USD) to 40 billion DZD (299 million USD).
The transaction, approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 June 2026, was carried out through the capitalization of reserves.
The Algerian insurer reported a net profit of 3.5 billion DZD (26.9 million USD) for the 2025 fiscal year.
Direct premiums increased by 15.7% to 38 billion DZD (291.5 million USD), accounting for a 22.8% market share.
The company’s total assets and equity stood at 118.5 billion DZD (908.9 million USD) and 46.7 billion DZD (358.2 million USD), respectively.
SAA also holds three ISO certifications: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
