The Board of Directors of Assurances Maghrebia met on 13 March 2026 and approved the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year.
The Tunisian non-life insurer reported a net profit of 26.093 million TND (9 million USD) as of end-December 2025, marking an 8% year-over-year decline.
A dividend of 2.9 TND (1 USD) per share will be proposed at the next Ordinary General Meeting, scheduled for 15 May 2026.
The Board will also propose a capital increase, raising the company’s share capital from 45 million TND (15.5 million USD) to 55 million TND (18.9 million USD).
For reference, Assurances Maghrebia recorded a 10.52% increase in turnover last year, reaching 300.654 million TND (103.3 million USD).
