SAHAM takes control of CNIA

After having bought out ARIG's stakes and taken control over the company, SAHAM group, led by Moulay Hafid Elalamy, has just appointed a new Managing Director for CNIA Assurances.

It is Mrs. Ghita Lahlou, of the SAHAM group, that would take over Mr. Said Ahmidouch at the top of CNIA.
Other reshuffles are expected in the company.
