Munich Re reported a preliminary net result of 1.7 billion EUR (1.9 billion USD) for the third quarter of 2026, exceeding analysts’ expectations of 1.479 billion EUR (1.7 billion USD).
Preliminary net profit for the first nine months of 2026 totaled 5.7 billion USD (6.5 billion USD).
The company will publish its final results for the period ended 30 September 2026 on 12 November 2026.
