Monhamed Compaoré, new CEO of SUNU Assurances IARD Centrafrique

Monhamed Compaoré has been promoted to the position of CEO of SUNU Assurances IARD Centrafrique. He will be primarily responsible for strengthening the position of the group (SUNU Assurances IARD and SUNU Assurances Vie Centrafrique) in the local market.

Mr. Compaoré has extensive experience in risk management, business development and insurance innovation.

Prior to his recent appointment, he was President of the Professional Association of Insurance Companies in Burkina Faso (APSAB) since July 2021 and CEO of SUNU Assurances IARD Burkina Faso since September 2018.

Jean François Régis Kambou has been appointed CEO of SUNU Assurances IARD Burkina Faso, replacing Mr. Compaoré.

Mr. Kambou will simultaneously retain his duties as CEO of SUNU Assurances Vie Burkina Faso and Head of the UEMOA West zone of the SUNU Group (Senegal, Burkina Faso and Mali).
