Joint venture between Swiss Re and Bradesco

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, a subsidiary of Swiss Re has established a joint venture with Bradesco Seguros, the insurance subsidiary of the Brazilian finance conglomerate Bradesco Group.

This transaction should give rise to an insurance giant of large risks in Brazil.
Swiss Re will hold 60% of the joint venture against 40% for its Brazilian partner.
