FSC's annual report overwhelms the Mauritius insurance industry

In its latest annual report, the Financial Services Commission (FSC), the Mauritian insurance regulator, has identified a number of regulatory breaches. During the 2017-2018 period, 19 cases of irregularity were reported.

The files involve several insurance companies and one brokerage firm. Some activities carried out by the latter are performed without the regulator's authorization.
