Zurich Insurance could end the year 2015 with loss

After a 3.9-billion-USD gain in 2014, Zurich Insurance could end the year 2015 with a deficit of 275 million USD. December hurricanes, Desmond, Eva and Frank, which caused the worst floods ever known in the United Kingdom since 2007 are at the origin. Adding to these disasters, the last tornado which occurred in Australia.

As a reminder, the December 2015 floods could exceed 5 billion GBP (7.12 billion USD) in economic losses and 2 billion EUR (2.17 billion USD) for all insurance companies.
