Responsibilities:

• develop the business according to the guidelines and objectives set by general management;
• implement local sales initiatives;
• monitor sales performance;
• train sales representatives on site;
• gather competitive intelligence;
• prepare a daily activity report.

Profile required:

• 2/3 years of higher education in sales and/or communication, good interpersonal and sales skills: negotiation, ability to build customer loyalty, analytical thinking;
• experience in insurance would be a plus.
