The victims of the 8 November attacks will not be indemnified

Because the Al-Muhaya complex, target of the attacks on November 8, 2003, was not covered for terrorist risks, victims' families (17 dead, 120 wounded) will not receive compensation. Out of the 27 000 public and private buildings that the kingdom counts, only a small number is insured against catastrophe risk.
LThe terrorist risk insurance rates, already very high, keep increasing.
