Two new appointments at Diot-Siaci

Diot-Siaci has made two new appointments within its Corporate Finance and Administration Department.

Vincent Perenchio has been promoted to the position of Management Control and Financial Reporting Director. He succeeds Cyril Abric, effective 1 April 2024.

V. Perenchio will also retain his position as Group Financial Controller.

Khadija Aitali is appointed Director of Group Accounting, replacing Bertrand Lemarchand. The appointment takes effect on 1 May 2024.
