Two new appointments at Chanas Assurances

Igor Emmanuel Soya Bissaya has been appointed Chairman of the Boards of Chanas Assurances (IARD) and Chanas Assurances Vie.

I. Bissaya is currently a Representative Director of Société Nationale d'Hydrocarbures (SNH), the majority shareholder of Chanas.

Henri Theodore Bayouak has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Chanas Assurances (IARD).

Prior to his recent appointment, H. Bayouak had been Deputy CEO of the Cameroonian non-life insurance company since June 2019.
