According to Mr. Khalid Oudghiri, Chairman of BCM, Banque Commerciale du Maroc, (the Commercial Bank of Morocco), the transfer of Axa's Bancassurance to Wafa Assurances is no longer a priority. It is worth reminding that such transfer was taken for granted on the buyout of the Wafa Group by BCM.
