Tawuniya to establish reinsurance company

The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) plans to establish a reinsurance company in the Kingdom.

The new venture is expected to launch by the end of 2025, pending regulatory approval.

This announcement was made by Tawuniya’s CEO, Othman Alkassabi.
