Takaful insurance in Morocco: Voting the law

The law 87.18 on Takaful insurance in Morocco was passed by the Finance Committee of the second chamber. The next step would be the voting at the plenary assembly.

This law amends and completes Article 17.99 of the previous text on the concepts of Islamic finance. This provision allows to solve the insurance problems faced by the participatory banks.
