The system of the motor orange card

The system of the motor orange card allowing free circulation for cars throughout the different Arab states has been extended to the Sultanate of Oman as of September 1, 2008. Four companies are taking part in this program: Dhofar insurance, Oman United Insurance, Ahlia Insurance and Eagle Insurance. Equallingthe European green card, the plan which has been initiated by the General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF) is limited to the motor third party liability.
