STAR: 2023 net result and dividend distribution

During its meeting held on 7 March 2024, the Board of Directors of Société Tunisienne d'Assurances et de Réassurances (STAR) approved the financial statements for the 2023 financial year.

Earned premiums amounted to 393.1 million TND (128 million USD), up by 3% compared with 2022. The company's annual net result stood at 27 million TND (8.8 million USD), representing a 15% decline on the 31.9 million TND (10.2 million USD) recorded in 2022.

A dividend of 6.427 TND (2.1 USD) per share will be proposed to shareholders at the next General Meeting, scheduled for 30 April 2024.
