SFA Congo acquires stake in the capital of the “PETIT-PONT” building

Together with the investment fund AFRICAN RIVERS FUND IV LP, Société Financière d'Assurance (SFA Congo) has acquired 49% of the capital of the “PETIT-PONT” building from the Congolese TEXAF group.

The two companies paid 2.695 million EUR (2.9 million USD) each, bringing the total value of the transaction to 5.39 million EUR (5.8 million USD).

Based in Kinshasa (DRC), “PETIT-PONT” is the city's first eco-responsible building.

This acquisition is part of SFA Congo's strategy to diversify its investments.
