Senegal’s federation of bakers chooses insurer NSIA

NSIA Senegal signed an agreement with the Senegal’s federation of bakers (FNBS). The insurer will offer members of the FNBS a coverage package best suited to their business.

The agreement provides for coverage of business facilities, equipment, and stocks available. In addition, FNBS members can underwrite FNBS third part liability (mainly food poisoning) and social protection (health, life, retirement, death and borrower insurance plans).
The bread industry employs 30 000 people, reporting an annual turnover of 200 billion FCFA (419 million USD).
