SCOR receives the "Award for the best financial transaction - M & A" 2013

SCOR has received the "Award for the best financial transaction - M & A" 2013 of the "Club des 30" for the acquisition of Generali U.S. The transaction , finalized in October 2013, has propelled the French reinsurer market leader of the U.S. life reinsurance.

As a reminder, the "Club des Trente" is composed of officers exercising (or have exerced) financial functions in large French companies.
