SCOR: Group Shareholders' General Assembly

The shareholders' General Assembly of the SCOR SE group was held on 16 June 2020 in Paris without the physical presence of the shareholders.

All of the resolutions proposed by the board of directors were approved by the General Assembly, chaired by Denis Kessler, chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group.
