SCOR: Combined General Meeting resolutions approved

The SCOR Group's Combined General Meeting (Ordinary and Extraordinary) was held on 29 April 2025 in Paris, under the chairmanship of Fabrice Brégier.

The company's shareholders approved all the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors, including:

• the payment of a dividend of 1.8 EUR (2.1 USD) per share for fiscal year 2024
• the renewal of the terms of office as directors of Fabrice Brégier, Martine Gerow and Fields Wicker-Miurin
• the appointment of Diane Côté and Doina Palici-Chehab as directors, and Jacques Aigrain as observer.
