Sanlam Morocco closed the 2025 financial year with a net profit of 451 million MAD (49 million USD), up 7.9% year-on-year. This growth reflects both an improvement in the company’s operational profitability and the effectiveness of its strategic decisions.
Turnover reached 6.195 billion MAD (673.3 million USD), down 1.4% year-on-year, due to adjustments in the life insurance business. As of 31 December 2025, investments allocated to insurance operations stood at 17.96 billion MAD (2 billion USD), marking a 6.5% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
Technical provisions rose slightly by 0.3%, reaching 15.631 billion MAD (1.7 billion USD).
The company’s equity totaled 5.449 billion MAD (592.2 million USD).
For the 2025 financial year, Sanlam Morocco’s Board of Directors will propose a dividend of 98 MAD (10.7 USD) per share, up from 81 MAD (7.8 USD) per share distributed in 2024.
