Sami Banaoues, new General Manager of BH Assurance

The Board of Directors of BH Assurance, meeting on 2 May 2025, appointed Sami Banaoues as the company's new General Manager. He succeeds Dalila Bader, who has retired.

Prior to his recent promotion, S. Banaoues held the positions of Deputy General Manager and then Acting General Manager of the company.

Nesrine Chouchene has been appointed Deputy General Manager of BH Assurance.

Both appointments took effect on 2 May 2025.
