Salama Assurances Algérie closed the first three quarters of 2024 with a turover of 3.6 billion DZD (27 million USD), up 8% over one year.
This increase was driven by a 12% rise in motor premiums which stood at 2.6 billion DZD (19.5 million USD).
The paid claims amounted to 1.8 billion DZD (13.5 million USD), decreasing by 2% compared to the same period of 2023.
Salama's figures were presented at its third annual meeting with its broker partners, held on 21st October 2024 in Algiers.
The portfolio generated through brokerage has grown by 13% to 578.5 million DZD (4.3 million USD).
